Private Sessions

Group Classes

Class Schedule

Our current class schedule reflects in-person classes at 271 US-202, Pluckemin, NJ 07978.

– Activate & Align: Mondays at 9:30am
– Yoga for Strength: Wednesdays at 9:30am
– Qi Gong: Fridays at 9:30am

Virtual classes are also available. We can schedule a group, team, or family class to accommodate your goals. Please contact us to arrange a class or workshop.
