I continue to explore traditional and new movements established by masters in physio therapy, biomechanics, and holistic wellness such as yoga, massage and acupuncture. I believe the more ways we can look at a nagging issue or goal, the better.

Online Class Schedule

We are open for in-person private sessions and we are offering a selection of in-person and virtual classes. Our current online class schedule is:

– In-Person: Mondays at 9:30am
– In-Person: Wednesdays at 9:30am
– Virtual: Fridays at 9:30am
– Virtual: Saturdays at 10:00am

If you sign up for a virtual class, you will receive the Zoom link to our virtual classroom 10 minutes before class.
