Private Sessions

Do you want to see your fitness dreams come true and move past just "ok"? We offer private sessions for 1-2 people to incorporate your goals, accommodate your schedule and help you achieve greater progress than you thought possible

Online Group Classes

We borrow from traditional yoga as well as contemporary exercise methods to create poses that promote strength and stability. If you move well and minimize discomfort, you will feel great day-to-day - sounds great doesn't it?

Through past injuries, Grant understands the roadblocks you may face as you seek to strengthen and energize your body. He pulls from years of training and passionate research to find the best solutions for your needs, pains and goals

Online Class Schedule

We are open for in-person private sessions. In the meantime, group classes are still held via Zoom. Our virtual online class schedule is:

– Mondays at 9:30am
– Wednesdays at 9:30am
– Fridays at 9:30am
– Saturdays at 10:00am

Once you sign up for your desired class, you will receive the Zoom link to our virtual classroom 10 minutes before class.
