Simple: just use your breath!

Here are 3 quick tips to keep you warm and loose (other than by wearing a jacket):

  1. Keep your serratus (the muscle under your armpit) engaged, so that your shoulders and upper back can remain more relaxed
  2. When you’re huddled and bracing into the cold, take deep belly breaths
  3. Practice the Wim Hof breathing technique

Online Class Schedule

We are open for in-person private sessions and we are offering a selection of in-person and virtual classes. Our current online class schedule is:

– In-Person: Mondays at 9:30am
– In-Person: Wednesdays at 9:30am
– Virtual: Fridays at 9:30am
– Virtual: Saturdays at 10:00am

If you sign up for a virtual class, you will receive the Zoom link to our virtual classroom 10 minutes before class.
